Step1: From start menu, go to the control panel and select the option Network and Sharing Center.

Step2: In Network and Sharing Center, click on “Change adapter settings”.

Step3: Press Alt + F and click on “New Incoming Connection”

Step4: Now a wizard would open. In the first step, mark those users whom do you want to allow access to use your connection.

Step5: There is an option through the internet, Put a mark on “Through the internet” and click next.

Step7: Fill incoming IP properties window and then click OK

Step8: After completing the all above steps, you will see the last step of the Wizard. Click close to finish it
